Real Men Cook
Ascending Roots took fourteen fathers to this event which honored fathers on Father's Day. We really had a wonderful time because the essential role of the father in our students' lives is hugely displaced and the results are devastating. Ascending Roots proudly supports "family" and celebrates in the meaning.

Master Lu
The practice of Gung-Fu encompasses more than physical excercise. In many sports, vitality and strength generally diminish as one ages. Since Gung-Fu training is as much internal as external, (using Nei-Gung and Chi-Gung), the martial artist is often healthy and robust even as he grows older. Because the mind and body are disciplined together, a calm inner spirit is developed.
